Desert Gateway Self Storage

The Pratt Company, in association with Mal Riley, built this self-Storage facility in Palm Desert in 2006.  The project was widely praised for its design, and despite a rough start during the great recession of 2008, became a premier regional facility with over 90% occupancy.  We sold the project in 2014.
