This 26 unit apartment building in Pleasant Hill had been essentially untouched in 40 years.  Working with Throckmorton Partners, we acquired and completely renovated the building inside and out.  Everything was upgraded - roof, siding, foundation, landscaping, and most importantly, unit interiors.  New stainless steel appliances, new floors, kitchens, bathrooms - the transformation was dramatic and immediately evident by the demand for the units.  New tenants have filled up the Poets Corner Apartment Homes, just as the final touches are being put on the renovated landscaping.
