The Pratt Company acquired The Breakers Apartments Homes in 2015.  The building was built in 2008, and therefore did not require the type of renovation some of our other projects have. The 54 original units are comprised of primarily studios and junior one-bedrooms, and construction has just been completed on 20 additional units. Together, they provide reasonably priced accommodation in an amazing downtown Santa Cruz location.
